Job Description:
  • The IS Radiology Applications Analyst is responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and improvement of IS Radiology applications.
  • The role includes designing, building, testing, and supporting software applications that facilitate clinical, fiscal, and business operations.
  • The analyst will collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment to ensure stable and functional systems, assist with troubleshooting, implement software updates, and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of IS Radiology Applications, including design, build, testing, and maintenance.
  • Assist with system troubleshooting, software updates, and implementation activities.
  • Participate in system testing and validation, develop and maintain testing protocols, and coordinate testing with end users as needed.
  • Coordinate tasks within the department and across departments to support IS Applications.
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment to maintain stable and functional software applications.
  • Develop, follow, and update system support documentation while adhering to change management procedures.
  • Gather, interpret, and utilize complex data to ensure stable operations and drive system improvements.
  • Design system components, write technical specifications, define solutions, perform system builds, and create system-level documentation.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with system testing, validation, and software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience supporting healthcare, clinical, or radiology information systems preferred.
