Seeking a Project Manager to develop and implement a plan to address OMAO's aggregate pay exceedance issue for professional mariners. The Project Manager must address all applicable laws and regulations, preserving trust and confidence of the workforce, researching alternative options and then ensuring the process is followed and adhered to for the final approved plan.

Seeking a Project Manager to develop and implement a plan to address OMAO's aggregate pay exceedance issue for professional mariners. The Project Manager must address all applicable laws and regulations, preserving trust and confidence of the workforce, researching alternative options and then ensuring the process is followed and adhered to for the final approved plan.
Tasks:
- Serve as primary POC for communications and coordination among OMAO internal and external stakeholders (internal: CPMD, MO, RMD, HQ leadership; external: OHCS, General Counsel, NFC, others as required).
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze historical and projected salary and premium pay data.
- Work with stakeholders to develop and finalize necessary waiver(s) for base pay exceedance.
- Collaborate with NFC and OHCS to understand potential tools/reports available from NFC to track earnings and pay.
- Develop OMAO process for tracking mariner earnings against aggregate salary cap: including mitigation(s) for how OMAO will cap pay to ensure annual aggregate is not exceeded, OMAO mechanism to plan and manage funds earned over aggregate, and policy regarding how/when mariners will receive due pay.
- Work with OHCS to ensure process adheres to all applicable regulations.
- Demonstrate successful implementation of tracking process.
- Draft policies that outlines how OMAO addresses base and aggregate pay caps for professional mariners.
- Develop talking points, briefings, white papers, decision memos, and other communication materials as required.
- Establish and communicate all steps, responsible parties, and milestones through project.
- Serve as lead on all meetings: develop agendas and timeline of action actions post meeting.
