QA Testing Analyst V

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a QA Testing Analyst V in Reston, VA.

Duties Include:
* Leads testing during application analysis, test strategy development, test case creation, test script development, test execution, defect tracking and reporting
* Expected to contribute towards evolving Testing CoE
* The candidate may also be required to train end users

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering or related field
* Post-graduate degree desired 15+ years of testing experience, setting requirements, test protocols and analyzing results; Has participated in projects of similar scope and complexity
* 2+ years of leading testing efforts
* Prior experience and expertise with Testing Center of Excellence strategy and transformation
* Expertise in testing Web, SOA/WS, DW/ETL, JAVA backend applications
* Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall software development models
* Expertise in testing methodologies and process
* Direct experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation suites using ACCELQ
* Ability to lead automation initiatives using ACCELQ across enterprise applications
* Familiarity with codeless, AI driven testing workflows (native to ACCELQ)
* Expertise in project management tools: HP ALM, Rally, JIRA
* Strong SQL skills in Oracle
* Strong Unix and Windows skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
