Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced OpenText Exstream CCM Solution Developer with strong hands-on expertise in OpenText Exstream CE 25.x Cloud Native (CN). The ideal candidate will play a key role in migrating legacy/on-prem Exstream implementations to Cloud Native architecture, designing and delivering high-volume, enterprise-scale customer communications on Kubernetes-based platforms.

This role requires deep experience across Communications Designer, Communications Orchestrator, Content Author, and Cloud Native runtime environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop customer communications using OpenText Communications Designer (CE 25.x)

  • Build orchestration workflows using Communications Orchestrator

  • Enable business-user content management through Content Author with approval workflows

  • Lead on-prem Exstream to Cloud Native (CN) migrations, including PUB-based application rationalization

  • Leverage CE 25.x CN accelerators, including .docx and PDF design importers

  • Deploy and support Exstream CN solutions on Kubernetes platforms (AKS, EKS, OpenText Cloud, Private Cloud)

  • Engineer and optimize high-volume batch and real-time document generation

  • Partner with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes scaling, HA/DR, CPU/memory tuning

  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and Git

  • Enforce domain-based promotions and approvals across non-prod and prod environments

  • Model and process structured inputs (JSON, XML, flat files) and omni-channel outputs (PDF, print, email, SMS, HTML)

  • Troubleshoot CN design-time and runtime issues (timeouts, save failures, performance)

  • Collaborate with DevOps, infra, product owners, and multi-vendor teams

  • Support factory-model delivery and mentor multiple development teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • Mandatory hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream CE 25.x

  • Proven experience with Cloud Native (CN) architecture and migrations

  • Strong knowledge of Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, OpenText Cloud, Private Cloud)

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • Communications Designer

    • Communications Orchestrator

    • Content Author

  • Experience migrating on-prem / classic Exstream to Cloud Native

  • Experience with PUB rationalization

  • Proficiency using .docx and PDF design importers (CE 25.x)

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git)

  • Scripting experience (PowerShell/Bash)

  • Strong understanding of CCM data formats and channels

  • Ability to work remote in EST hours
