Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Global Ag Training & Launch Manager. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for designing effective training materials, delivering engaging training sessions, and managing the successful launch of Global Ag digital solutions. Your expertise will play a critical role in equipping regional teams with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve productivity goals while ensuring the seamless implementation of launches.

Training Content Development:
Create effective training materials, including LMS (learning management system) modules, presentations, manuals, videos, and guides, tailored to diverse audiences and learning styles.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the training content is accurate, relevant, and aligns with Global Ag strategic objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve training content based on product enhancements, user feedback, and evolving business needs.
Help identify documentation-related project risks and support mitigation efforts.

Training Delivery:
Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtual, that promote understanding and retention.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for the client associates and external stakeholders.
Monitor training outcomes and measure effectiveness through assessments and participant feedback.

Launch Management:
Develop and execute comprehensive launch plans for new programs, products, or initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
Coordinate with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of launches.
Provide post-launch support and troubleshooting to address challenges and optimize results.
Develop and execute change management plans aligned with business and project goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in education, business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in training content development, facilitation, and project management.
Exceptional communication, technical writing, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
Proficiency in e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
Demonstrated experience in formal change management processes.
Knowledge or experience in agriculture or life sciences preferred.

Multi-lingual proficiency in English and one or more of these languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, French, Russian, Hindi)

Position can be remote but needs to be in the Central or Eastern standard time zones
