Description/Comment:

  • Client is a multi-disciplinary creative agency that provides creative services and solutions to a broad array of functional areas within the client includes D23: The Official client Fan Club. As client continues to solidify its position as the internal creative agency of record supporting a cross-section of corporate business units, the graphic design team handles a wide range of design responsibilities.
  • The Print Production Designer role requires excellent organizational skills and attention to detail needed to utilize templates and create consistency across projects and clients while matching delivery specifications in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position is critical to effectively communicating messaging across the organization and externally which includes virtual and in-person events, large format experiential design, digital design, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare print-ready production files encompassing a diverse range of materials, such as signage, promotional items, packaging, digital assets, social media content, and event collateral for client events.
  • Demonstrate a proven proficiency in design, including a deep understanding of typography, layout, form, color theory, spatial considerations, and familiarity with design processes and production techniques.
  • Possess a keen eye for detail and organizational skills, adept at prioritizing tasks to minimize production downtime.
  • Foster a creative and collaborative ethos, adapting to various design aesthetics and project styles.
  • Excel in fast-paced environments, providing accurate time assessments, and consistently delivering projects within specified timelines.
  • Thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines with precision.
  • Solicit and implement feedback from multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure all design deliverables align with client brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Adhere to best practices set by the client design team.
  • Collaborate closely with the Design Manager to comprehend project requirements thoroughly.
  • Accept guidance with meticulous attention to detail and a strong appreciation for aesthetics.
  • Experience working with print vendors, participating in layout sign-off, press proofing, and color proofing processes.
  • Prepare files for production meticulously, meeting exact requirements

Experience:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated 3-5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-volume creative studio environment (either in-house or agency) within the entertainment/technology sector.
  • Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Portfolio: Showcase a robust understanding and experience in crafting branded campaigns, experiential design, signage, and presentations through a website or digital portfolio.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly grasp new concepts and operate efficiently within a dynamic work environment, with a steadfast commitment to delivering exceptional work.
  • Time Management: Possess strong time management and organizational skills, rooted in a graphic design mindset.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with a collaborative spirit characteristic of graphic designers.
  • Availability: Able to work in-office four days per week.

Skills:

  • Expertise in print design, event design and print production.
  • Experience in digital design, a plus.
  • Background in entertainment and working with IP, a plus.

Education:

  • Degree in graphic design, print design or related field.
