***The Business Planning Project Manager will work on an integrated business planning integration project covering processes and integrations.

As a Business Project Manager for the Digital Foundry PMO team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex business and technology projects that deliver value. You will work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors across the company to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budget, schedule, and quality standards. You will also monitor and control project execution, communicate project status and risks, and ensure project alignment with company strategy and goals. You will also collaborate with the Change Management Team to facilitate the adoption and integration of the project outcomes and benefits. You will also demonstrate strong problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills, and contribute to advancing our Must Win Battles.

Job Responsibilities
Plan, initiate, and manage business and technology projects from inception to closure
Develop and maintain project documents, such as project charter, project plan, risk register, change log, and lessons learned
Coordinate and facilitate project activities, such as meetings, workshops, reviews, and presentations
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams to align on ambiguous tasks and problems
Collaborate with Regional and Global IT when needed within projects
Manage project resources, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables
Track and report project progress, performance, issues, and risks
Manage project changes, scope creep, and stakeholder expectations
Ensure project quality and compliance with relevant standards and best practices
Conduct project closure and handover activities
Identify and implement opportunities for project improvement and innovation
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, management, information systems, or related field
Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile or relevant experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing business and technology projects of various sizes and complexities
Strong knowledge and skills in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills with comfort presenting to senior executives
Ability to work effectively with diverse and remote teams across the company
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to analyze and solve problems creatively and logically
Ability to deliver results and value
Self-driven and able to work independently with little direction
Pro-active planning and preparation skills

Experience needed
Experience in leading and managing business and technology projects in different domains, such as finance, marketing, operations, or IT
Experience in working with various project stakeholders, such as sponsors, customers, users, business analysts, developers, testers, and vendors
Experience in applying different project management approaches, such as waterfall, agile, hybrid, or adaptive
Experience in using project management software, such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, or Asana
Experience in managing project risks, issues, changes, and quality
Experience in conducting project reviews, audits, and lessons learned
Experience in acting as a Business Analyst to understand business processes and requirements, and to work through complex and ambiguous situations
Experience in working with the Change Management Teams to support the adoption and integration of the project outcomes and benefits
