Description

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Product Analyst to join our team in Westlake, Ohio. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the outcomes align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
Document high-level designs and architecture requirements, ensuring alignment with approved specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and analyze business processes, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement.
Lead cross-functional teams, including analysts, developers, and testers, to deliver projects aligned with product roadmaps.
Prioritize and manage work items such as new features, defects, and enhancements, making decisions on their implementation at the project level.
Review and validate development outputs to ensure requirements and acceptance criteria are met.
Facilitate meetings such as daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives to support Agile methodologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, scope, and resource allocation.
Develop and maintain training materials and identify additional documentation needs to support users.
Analyze and document requirements for new and existing products, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.

Requirements

At least 3 years of healthcare experience with providers and/or payers, specifically in claims or payment processing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Hands-on experience with SQL databases; familiarity with Crystal Reports is preferred.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
Comfortable working in high-pressure, results-oriented environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
