Project Manager/Scrum Master

1. Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and regulatory compliance.

2. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional resources, and manage risks and dependencies effectively.

3. Communicate clearly and consistently with stakeholders, including leadership, product teams, engineering, and external partners.

4. Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, ACA, and ICHRA-specific guidelines.

5. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and provide agile coaching to teams to drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence.

6. Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and monitor performance using key agile metrics.

7. Proactively remove impediments and promote a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

8. Advocate for process optimization and the adoption of agile best practices across the organization.

9. Required: Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management and Scrum roles within software development.

10. At least 2+ years of domain experience in healthcare, preferably with HRA or ICHRA focus.

11. Certifications: CSM/PSM I and PMP or equivalent.

12. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and proficiency with tools like Jira.

13. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical problem-solving skills.

14. Bonus: Experience in B2B/B2C SaaS environments, healthcare compliance frameworks, and cross-functional team collaboration.

Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of the following areas:

• Enrollment processes

• Health plan shopping experience

• FinTech systems including real-time payment processing and ledger management

• Carrier integrations

• Familiarity with ICHRA/ACA frameworks is a plus
