Title: Technical Lead, Quality Assurance/QA Lead
Location: New York City, NY 10007 (Hybrid Opportunity)

  • Candidate will be visiting Client's Office 2-3 days a week
  • Around 10+ Years overall experience with ability to lead the project, mentor and guide the team, work allocation.
  • Around 7+ Years Experience with Java and Selenium as an Automation resource.
  • Hands on experience on TDD, BDD and cucumber will be add on.
  • Selected Candidate will work on enhance existing no code application baseline with more functionality"
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
  • Hands-on experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating a track record of success in test strategy, planning, execution, and maintenance, including the creation of comprehensive test documentation.
  • Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete, QTP/UFT), including advanced scripting for automation and the development of custom testing frameworks.
  • Proven leadership in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a solid ability to drive QA strategies within rapid development cycles and iterative testing environments.
  • Expertise in continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines, with a strong understanding of how to optimize automated tests for efficiency and speed within CI/CD processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
