Job Details
This nonprofit healthcare organization is looking for an L3 Security Engineer. This is a wide-reaching role that involves everything blue team - incident response, vulnerability management, data loss prevention, and cloud security. They have a solid existing security team, so you would act as a senior escalation point in addition to having opportunities to strategize and impact the department on a large scale. If you are looking for an individual contributor role that is still technical and collaborative, look no further!
Ideal candidates will have strong experience in defensive security, specifically DLP, IR, and vulnerability management. They are currently working with MITRE and Wiz as well, so experience there would be a huge plus.
This is a full time role. It will be on-site for the first 3 months of the job, and then will transition to a flexible hybrid schedule. Offices are located in Morristown NJ, so candidates must be local to that area.

- 5 years of professional experience in cyber security
- Strong defensive security experience
- Required experience in DLP, IR, and vulnerability management
- SIEM
- Strong skill in security engineering
- Cloud security experience (any environment ok)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Wiz
- Experience with MITRE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Relevant security certifications
