Seeking an experienced Enterprise Research Architect to lead the planning, design, and implementation of a modernized research technology ecosystem for a leading pediatric academic medical center.
We are seeking a strategic technology leader to architect and oversee the integration of EMR (Epic), ERP, and ERA platforms while ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. This hybrid role requires approximately one week per month onsite in MA, with an initial 6-month engagement and potential for multi-year extension. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in healthcare research systems architecture, particularly within academic medical centers.

Qualifications/ Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise architecture experience in healthcare/academic settings
- Proven experience with Epic, ERP systems, and research technologies (e.g., Huron Research Suite)
- Deep understanding of research compliance and regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in designing integrated healthcare technology solutions
- Experience with academic medical centers required; pediatric experience preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex workflows into technical requirements
- Experience leading vendor selection and RFP processes
- Local to New England area preferred
