Position Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage multiple high-impact projects across diverse technology stacks. This role requires a strong leader who can balance scope, quality, and time while ensuring seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan, initiate, and manage end-to-end IT projects from conception through delivery.
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
Lead cross-functional project teams including developers, business analysts, QA, and stakeholders.
Manage risks, issues, and changes to project scope and timelines effectively.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to leadership and stakeholders.
Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners when necessary.
Qualifications Required :
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in project management, preferably within the IT or software development space.
Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
Experience managing Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
PMP, CSM, or related certifications are highly desirable.
Preferred Skills :
Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps processes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Experience working with both remote and on-site teams.
