We are looking for Business System Analyst for our client in Newark, NJ
Job Title: Business System Analyst
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
Pay Range: $50hr - $55hr
- 5-6 years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required.
- At least 2 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required.
- Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers.
- Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD RTM User Stories etc
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed system requirements user stories and process flows.
- Develop endtoend process workflows swimlane diagrams and business process documentation to standardize practices across teams.
- Create and maintain operational support documents SOPs Standard Operating Procedures and knowledge base articles for business and IT teams.
- Collaborate with developers QA and product owners to ensure accurate delivery of system changes
- Conduct gap analysis impact assessments and feasibility studies for proposed initiatives.
- Prepare use cases test scenarios and acceptance criteria to validate system functionality.
- Selfstarter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills.
- Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities.
- Minimum requirement of Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field.
