Job Details

Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be an individual contributor responsible for developing automation solutions for accounting business processes using Python. 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or related field

* 8 + years of professional experience implementing and supporting Python solutions

* 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, ETL Development, Reporting, Data Integration, Process Automation, and Operations Delivery

* Experience working in fast-paced environments similar to high-tech startups with responsibility for leading direct reports and influencing teams in matrixed organizations

* Object-oriented programming experience in Python, Ruby, Java, or another high-level programming language

* Experience with AWS services including S3, RedShift, IAM Roles, EC2, Glue, SQS, API Gateway, and SNS

* Experience integrating applications with different relational databases and data extraction

* Experience using CI/CD pipelines to migrate code from lower environments to production

* Experience populating data from data warehouse systems and extracting data from AWS Redshift clusters

* Understanding of and experience using REST APIs

* Experience with distributed computing and enterprise-wide systems

* Solid systems and network troubleshooting experience

* Understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases

* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

* Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
