Product Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of our products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations to build products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities.
Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Product Planning & Execution
Translate product strategy into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize the backlog using data, business impact, and customer value.
Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches.
Work with data analytics teams to track product performance and identify improvement areas.
Serve as the internal and external product evangelist.
Customer & Market Insight
Collect and analyze customer feedback through various channels.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
Ensure the product meets customer expectations and delivers a great user experience.
Performance & Impact
Define key product metrics and track performance against goals.
Use data to make informed decisions and continuously optimize the product.
Create documentation such as PRDs, feature specs, and release notes.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
2–5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Technical background or experience working with software development teams.
Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).
Experience with user research and UX/UI processes.
