Position Overview: System architecture and cross-platform design expertise in chose software. Ensure that the solution landscape is technically sound, scalable and integrated, enabling effective system implementation. The role is responsible for leading the design and integrity of technology solutions in large-scale transformation/major project initiatives. This role provides architectural oversight across enterprise systems and ensures scalable, secure, and integrated platforms are implemented in alignment with business goals. The role partners with cross-functional teams including engineering, business process leads, solution & techno-functional consultants and system integrators to deliver technology roadmaps that ensure modernization, data flow optimization and digital capability uplift.

Project Overview:

? Setting technical direction of SAP IS-U (or other software) implementation
? Defines and governs the technical architecture across transformational domains to ensure systems are scalable, secure, well-integrated, and aligned to enterprise architecture. Tailored focus based on domain (e.g., customer application, integration, data)
? Delivery enabler for shaping system architecture and integration design
? Leads the technical blueprint and ensures the system landscape is scalable, secure and integrated
? Shapes how at the system and infrastructure level.

Responsibilities:
? "* Translate business and functional requirements into comprehensive technology architecture and roadmaps.
? * Lead design sessions and develop architecture artifacts such as solution blueprints, interface diagrams and integration strategies
? * Evaluate current systems for scalability, security and compatibility, providing expert guidance on transformation paths and cloud enablement.
? * Ensure alignment of solutions with enterprise architecture standards and security frameworks.
? * Oversee and guide development teams during solution implementation to ensure architectural integrity is maintained.
? * Partner with Business and Technology stakeholders to drive solution decisions and manage trade offs.
? * Support the selection, configuration and integration of platforms, tools and technologies.
? * Provide technical leadership across workstreams ensure consistency in architectural practices. "

? Technology strategy & roadmaking: ability to develop multi-phase roadmaps that align with business capabilities and transformation timelines. Advise on build vs buy, modernization, and technology selections.
? * Data arch & governance alignment: support enterprise data modeling, canonical structures, and metadata strategies for core domains. Partner with data governance and migration teams to ensure architecture supports quality and traceability.
? * Technical oversight & design review: lead architecture/design reviews with stakeholders to validate technical fit and quality. Establish design guardrails and enforce architecture standards and patterns.

? * Regulatory analysis and testimony: partner with OpCos to shape large investment roadmaps and considerations into compelling testimony and support to regulatory teams
? * Financial acumen: strong experience generating high-quality multiyear cost models to support program delivery, both from capital investments and operational cost management and solutioning
? * Vendor management: ability to strategically structure and address vendor agreements that maximize customer and company yield from terms
? * Change adaptation: able to shift from ""as built"" to seize on opportunities to improve performance of operating practices
? * Relationship management: officer-level communication and presentation. Continuous, frequent dialog with department vice presidents to synthesize cohesive and supported strategies. Deep, high-trust relationships with key leaders and influencers in the spectrum of business operations, to ensure transformational capabilities are brought into the business change management activities"

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or related field.
*7-10 years of experience in IT architecture, with demonstrated responsibility in designing large-scale enterprise solutions.
* Hands-on configuration and architecture experience in SAP ISU environment, minimum one experience or two (2-5 years)
* SAP ECC and S/4HANA: Proficiency in SAP's core ERP systems, including the latest S/4HANA platform.
* ABAP Programming: Ability to write and debug code in SAP's proprietary programming language.
* SAP BASIS: Knowledge of system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP systems.
* Integration Technologies: Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) for integrating SAP with other systems.
* Data Management: Skills in managing and migrating data within SAP ISU, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
* Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
* Strong understanding of security, scalability and performance consideration in enterprise systems.
* Excellence communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience working with system integrators or supporting RFP/vendor eval processes for SAP-related work. "
