Job Details

Position: Senior Active Directory & Azure Directory Engineer Location: Dallas, TX Duration: Long Term

General Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for administration, maintenance, automation, and support of Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD environments. They will also provide ongoing support to enterprise customers across the organization.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in information security technology development, support, and administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a related technical discipline
  • 5+ years of technology experience focused on security, directory services, and administration

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Active Directory (AAD), AAD Connect, ADFS, and Office 365
  • Strong knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO) using Azure AD and related integrations
  • Deep expertise in Active Directory tasks, automations, and workflows
  • Experience working with OData REST API, Microsoft Graph API, JSON batching, automation tools like Microfocus Directory Resource Administration (DRA)
  • Ability to write or modify scripts in PowerShell, VBS, etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Identity Manager / Forefront Identity Manager, including custom development
  • Experience with DFS/DFSR, VMware, Hyper-V, and Microsoft online services
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-priority environments

  • Strong verbal and written communication across all organizational levels
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team

  • Hybrid onsite requirement: 3 days per week onsite
  • Top 3 Skills:
    • Microsoft Azure, AAD, AAD Connect, ADFS, Office 365
    • Single Sign-On (SSO) integration
    • Strong Active Directory administration and automation experience
