Job Title: Service Now Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term
Experience:
We are seeking experienced ITOM professional to design, Implement and support IT operations management solutions, with a Primary focus on ServiceNow ITOM modules such as Discovery Services, Mapping, CMDB, Cloud management. The Ideal Candidate should have a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, automation and a Strategic mind-set to align ITOM capacities with business.
Required Skills:
- 3+Years of hands on experience with ServiceNow ITOM Module.
- Strong expertise in Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB
- Experience with SNMP,WMI, SSH, PowerShell, and API-Based Integrations
- Familiarity with ITIL Vv3/V4 Concepts and ServiceNow ITSM
- Working Knowledge of Network, Server, Storage, and cloud technologies
- Strong Scripting knowledge(JavaScript, PowerShell, Python Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementations Specialist - ITOM or Discovery(preferred)
