Role Overview

As a Software Engineering Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in our software engineering function. You'll consult on and participate in moderately complex initiatives, contribute to large-scale planning, and analyze challenging software engineering challenges. Your expertise will help us meet our software engineering goals while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Responsibilities

• Consultation and Participation: Collaborate on moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within software engineering.
• Planning and Evaluation: Contribute to large-scale planning related to software engineering projects.
• Problem Solving: Review and analyze moderately complex software engineering challenges, considering variable factors.
• Issue Resolution: Work with others to resolve software engineering issues effectively.
• Compliance and Policies: Leverage your understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Client Collaboration: Engage with client personnel in software engineering.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 7-10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Salesforce Admin and Configuration: 3-5+ years of experience.
• nCino Configuration and Customization: 1-2+ years of experience.
• User Stories and Config Specs: 1-2+ years of experience writing/reviewing user stories and documenting config specs.
• Salesforce/nCino Certifications: Must have.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with SCRUM.
• Commercial Lending Business: Experience in commercial lending.
• Communication Skills: Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Nice to Have

• CRM Projects: Working experience on CRM projects for enterprise-size companies.
• Complex Business Systems Integration: Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.
• Force.com Platform: 3+ years of experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Unit Testing).
• DevOps and Deployments: 3+ years of experience (Autorabit or Salesforce DX).
• Web Technologies: Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Relational Databases and Web Services: Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML).

• Shared Service Owner: Nicole Ford
• Backfill: Contract - 12 months (please only submit candidates who can convert, as this is likely for this role).
• RTO Schedule: 3 days in (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday).
