Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst I to join our team in Vernal, Utah. In this contract to permanent role, you will provide essential technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth operations for end users. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and systems, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support to resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows and Active Directory.
Respond promptly to service desk tickets and ensure timely resolution of user concerns.
Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and address hardware and software problems.
Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of Windows 10 systems.
Maintain accurate documentation of service requests and resolutions within the ticketing system.
Collaborate with team members to escalate complex issues for further investigation.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential disruptions.
Deliver attentive and courteous support to end users, ensuring a positive experience.
Stay updated on emerging technologies to enhance support capabilities.
Requirements
Proficiency in Active Directory management and troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 operating systems.
Experience in basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems and processes.
Excellent communication skills to provide clear guidance to users.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
