We are currently looking for 'System Analyst - HR System Beeline Tool' to support one of our clients with the following skills:

Requirement:

Role : System Analyst - HR System Beeline Tool
Location : Santa Clara, CA (100% onsite role) 
Pay Rate : doe
Duration: 12+ months

Responsibilities

Support the migration of the HR system and its integration with the Beeline tool.
Provide day-to-day support for the Beeline application.
Conduct user acceptance testing, including data staging.
Administer Beeline security and create adhoc reports.
Import and export data related to rate cards, cost centers, job titles, and work locations.
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate and recommend solutions.

Requirements

In-depth knowledge of the Beeline tool, both technically and functionally.
Proven experience with integrations and APIs.
Demonstrated user acceptance testing experience.
Experience with Beeline security administration.
Ability to create adhoc reports.
Experience in importing and exporting data.

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $100,000 - $110,000
