Job Details

Title: Full Stack Application Developer

Location: Northeast Region (Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Description:
* We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Application Developer to support the design, development, and long-term maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.
* This role involves collaboration with analysts and cross-functional teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
* The successful candidate will be responsible for backend and frontend development, integration of services, deployment to cloud environments, and overseeing the full application lifecycle.
* This position also provides technical mentorship and promotes development best practices.

Required Skills:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in both backend and frontend application development
* Proficiency in building scalable applications using object-oriented programming languages and modular frameworks
* Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and RESTful service development
* Familiarity with asynchronous messaging platforms and event-driven architecture
* Experience with SQL and NoSQL database systems
* Ability to design interactive user interfaces using modern web development frameworks
* Exposure to public cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
* Containerization and orchestration knowledge
* Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization
* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
* Effective communicator with cross-functional teams

Desired Skills:
* Experience leading scrum practices and participating in agile ceremonies
* Prior experience mentoring junior developers and conducting code reviews
* Experience in regulated industries or roles requiring adherence to compliance standards
* Strong organizational and time management skills in deadline-driven environments

Compensation:
Pay Range: $63000K-$90000K
