Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP Order-to-Cash processes. This role requires strong functional expertise in SD (Sales and Distribution) and integration knowledge with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and WM.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support SAP OTC process design, configuration, and implementation.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
Configure SD components including Sales Orders, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Shipping.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvements.
Handle integration with MM, FI, and other modules to ensure seamless data flow.
Develop functional specifications for RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
Support testing, training, and documentation for end-users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues.
Participate in SAP upgrades and rollout projects.
Required Skills & Experience:
7+ years of experience in SAP SD / OTC implementation and support.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process.
Experience with pricing, billing, and intercompany sales processes.
Knowledge of integration with SAP FI, MM, and LE modules.
Experience in S/4HANA environment preferred.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in global SAP rollouts.
SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales module.
