Key Responsibilities:

• Practice, Develop and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the GenAI practice aligned with business objectives.
• Establish thought leadership by identifying emerging trends and use cases in Generative AI.
• Define and standardize GenAI frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for project delivery.
• Build partnerships with AI technology providers, startups, and academic institutions.
• Solution Design and Innovation Lead the design and development of scalable GenAI-based solutions, including NLP models, image/video synthesis, and creative AI applications.
• Oversee the selection of tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI).
• Ensure solutions meet client requirements in scalability, performance, and ethical AI considerations. Team Leadership and Development Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists, machine learning engineers, and AI consultants.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.
• Drive initiatives to upskill and reskill teams on generative AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Client Engagement and Delivery Collaborate with business development teams to identify opportunities, pitch GenAI solutions, and onboard new clients.
• Ensure successful delivery of GenAI projects with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing thought leadership on generative AI strategies and solutions.
• Financial and Operational Excellence Own P&L responsibility for the GenAI practice. Define and track KPIs to measure practice success and client ROI.
• Drive operational efficiencies to optimize costs, delivery timelines, and resource utilization.
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT), and diffusion models.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Experience working across industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or media. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Requirements:

• 15+ Years of experience
• Master's degree in related academic courses
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, NLP, transformers (e.g., GPT, BERT), and diffusion models.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or Hugging Face.
• Proven track record in designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML solutions.
• Experience working across industries such as banking, healthcare, retail, or media.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
