Director -Analytics Skills Qualification and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience with SAP analytics tools and software, as well as hands-on experience with hyperscaler-based modern cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), is essential.
  • Experience in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client workshops, is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of practice management principles, including resource allocation, talent development, and performance measurement.
  • Facilitate the establishment and execution of the roadmap and vision for information delivery and management; including the enterprise data warehouse, I & analytics, content management and data management
  • Lead data architects and data engineers to architect and deliver the solutions that fulfill the Business information needs and align with the information vision and strategy
  • Apply business strategy while driving technology strategy, balancing short term and long term needs to ensure that the architecture can scale and evolve accordingly
  • Engage an end-to-end approach by connecting all the pieces of data to deliver the data while leveraging all available assets
  • Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to carry out major plans and procedures to ensure schedule attainment, product development process adherence, and performance and budget targets are met
  • Take an active role in the performance management process by completing goal setting, interim review, and year-end review on a timely basis and soliciting ongoing feedback
Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for effectively managing sales and revenue, meeting the set Profit and Loss (P&L) targets of all designated accounts
  • Maintain control over development budgets and expenditures to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost management for projects and new accounts.
  • Able to optimize profit margins for projects by carefully analyzing cost structures, pricing strategies, and value-added services
  • Oversee end to end delivery management and ensure business value for customers through optimum delivery
  • Ensure the solution is properly designed and implemented according to the relevant project methodology and approach agreed with customer in a timely manner.
  • Direct team on design, implementation and deliver the solution with high quality
  • Address escalations and ensure proper solutions are given to customers in timely fashion
  • Design, define and ensure business value in all deliverables through unique core management consulting concepts , efficient project management techniques and strong customer relationship skills
  • Ensure Quality Assurance through establishing & implementing quality management system and procedures during every step of the production process.
  • Build and manage trusted relations with customers/ Client Executives.
  • Collaborate with internal support teams to drive lead generation, develop pipeline strategy, company brand awareness and enable Account Mining.
  • Ensure utilization of resources in project activities, escalate underutilization and work with Associate directors to map suitable utilization opportunities for resources
  • Ensure availability and roll off resources in timely fashion to attain optimum P &L for the project.
  • Serve as a mentor and trusted trainer to ensure support in project, business and organizational needs and ensure readiness of resources in the assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  • Participate and assist in the recruiting process as appropriate.
  • Participate in Proof Of Concepts and develop re-usable solutions and components to get the Practice ready for future projects and prospective customers.
  • Create and Maintain Templates for best in class Delivery and Practice processes and build Knowledge Database that contains technical specifications, user manual and training materials from different projects and POCs.
  • Contribute in creating Presales Proposals and Effort Estimations.
  • Participate in creating content for our Website, Case Studies, Blogs to spread awareness on our Branding in the market to attract prospective customers
Other Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute a strategic vision for leveraging SAP analytics capabilities and modern cloud data platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to address client needs, enhance business processes, and drive growth.
  • Team Leadership and Practice Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP analytics consultants and analysts. Oversee practice management activities, including resource planning, skill development, and performance management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Client Engagement and Pre-Sales Support: Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, proposing tailored analytics solutions that leverage SAP's suite of analytics tools and modern cloud data platforms. Support pre-sales activities by contributing to proposals, delivering compelling presentations, and demonstrating the value of SAP analytics solutions in addressing client needs.
  • Project Delivery Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of SAP analytics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations. This includes projects that leverage hyperscaler cloud platforms for enhanced analytics capabilities.
  • Technology Expertise and Advisory: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP analytics technologies, hyperscaler cloud data platforms, and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge and advise clients accordingly. Act as a thought leader, contributing to the development of best practices, white papers, and case studies.
  • Business Development and Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business development efforts for the analytics practice. This includes identifying new business opportunities, crafting proposals, and participating in industry events to promote our SAP analytics capabilities and successes.
  • Quality Assurance and Best Practices: Ensure quality control and adherence to best practices in all analytics solutions delivered to clients, with a focus on leveraging modern cloud data platforms for scalability, performance, and security.
  • Partnership Management: Manage and nurture relationships with SAP, hyperscaler vendors (like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and other technology partners to enhance our analytics offerings and capabilities, ensuring our team is equipped with the latest tools and knowledge.
