Job Details
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst (BSA) to join our team in Santa Clara. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce CPQ, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize our Salesforce platform to support critical business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CPQ.
- Design and deliver scalable Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and admins to implement enhancements, integrations, and system configurations.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvement within the Quote-to-Cash cycle.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end users.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (configuration, pricing rules, product bundles, approvals, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
