Derisk the F5 infrastructure from commercial, operational, and security vulnerabilities through consolidation, software upgrades, and legacy hardware retirements.

Retirement of 90% of non-VIPRION platforms via migration to VMs
Retirement of 100% of VIPRION series platforms via migration to VMs
Mitigation of open critical vulnerabilities via migration or upgrade to the latest version of BIG-IP per F5 recommendations.

- Has a network operations team that handles day to day tickets - this would L3/4 engineer that if MSP gets stumped or having trouble or critical P1/P2 incident related to F5 this person would handle escalated
