Location: 100% remote ( Central time zone)

For Facets Benefits & Claims Consultant
Top Must Have's:
- Benefit design and build - standard product components, type of service updates, service payment updates.
- Claims testing and research
- Client engagement
JD:
-Lead design and configuration activities for Facets Claims & Benefits
-Lead configuration design activities based on approved business requirements
-Participate in Global and Detail Design sessions
-Provide configuration thought leadership to organization
-Participate in test case development and test execution activities
-Provide daily leadership and work direction on configuration activities
-Ensure that all configuration documentation is prepared, reviewed, and approved by business leads
-Collaborate with operations, product, network, care management and technology teams to define and develop configuration deliverables and develop solutions that are scalable and reusable across the organization
-Create written and oral communication materials that effectively summarize findings, support fact-based recommendations and provides appropriate detail to substantiate conclusions
-Provide support and participation in development of business requirements (through the lens of Facets configuration and functionality) to ensure business needs are captured and delivered
-Provide support and participation in development business process re-engineering opportunities (through the lens of Facets configuration and functionality)
-Direct quality assurance and user acceptance testing by writing configuration test plans and managing the execution of configuration testing
