Job Title: SAP BW Analyst
Location: Initially Remote Must be willing to relocate to Baton Rouge, LA within 1 month if asked
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Type: Contract-to-Hire
Travel: As per project demand (aligned with C2H guidelines)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP BW Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in:

Key Skills Required:

  • BW/4HANA data modeling (CompositeProviders, ADSOs, InfoObjects)

  • Data model harmonization and remodeling

  • ABAP on HANA (including SQL scripting and performance optimization)

  • Data warehousing optimization techniques

  • CDS Views & custom extractor building

  • BW/4HANA system operations (process chains, monitoring, data loads)

  • Migration from BW to BW/4HANA

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

  • Designing SAC dashboards and live connections to BW/4HANA

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving & analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
