Job Title: PLM Expert Windchill Focus
Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid Minimum 3 days/week onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Expert with deep expertise in PTC Windchill to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of consumer electronics manufacturing, spanning from lab prototyping to full-scale factory production. This role requires expertise in Bill of Materials (BOM) management across both electrical and mechanical domains, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and digital transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage PLM activities using Windchill (configuration, customization, integration).
  • Oversee BOM creation, validation, and maintenance for electrical and mechanical components.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline product development from lab to factory.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives using Power Platform and Copilot Studio (preferred).
  • Ensure data integrity, version control, and compliance with engineering standards.
  • Deliver training and support on PLM best practices to internal teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on experience with PTC Windchill as a PLM expert.
  • Strong understanding of consumer electronics manufacturing processes.
  • Expertise in electrical and mechanical BOM management.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Redmond, WA (minimum 3 days/week).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
  • Experience collaborating across engineering, supply chain, and IT functions.
