Location: Remote/Charlotte NC

Rate Range: $50-67
Top 3 Required Skills:
- Hands-on Siemens Opcenter Execution (Camstar) Designer & Portal development experience
- Strong programming background (.NET, C#, SQL, JavaScript)
- Leadership and project management in manufacturing IT environments
Must-Have Skills:
- BS/MS in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of Siemens Opcenter Execution (Camstar) development experience (Designer & Portal) OR equivalent MES experience
- 5+ years of programming experience (.NET, C#)
- Strong understanding of ERP, MES, and shop floor systems integration
- Experience working with IT systems in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of relational databases and source code management systems
- Strong leadership and project management abilities
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Angular development
- Familiarity with SDLC, TDD, CI/CD practices
- Agile/Scrum team experience
- Strong communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills
- Proven record of implementing IT solutions meeting business and technical needs
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead design and development of Siemens Opcenter Execution (Camstar) solutions across Corning
- Design, implement, and support MES solutions following Corning IT standards
- Translate business and system requirements into effective technical solutions
- Serve as MES lead on global projects, ensuring work is on schedule and impacts are communicated
- Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to align MES with ERP, shop floor controls, and manufacturing operations
- Create functional and technical specifications for developers
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and continuous improvement in MES development
