Description

We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will excel at troubleshooting technical issues, providing exceptional support, and ensuring smooth operations for end users. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Record and manage support requests using the designated helpdesk system.
Escalate unresolved or complex issues to advanced support teams for further investigation.
Configure and set up new devices, computers, and applications to meet operational needs.
Keep technical documentation and knowledge base resources updated and accurate.
Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, including granting system access and preparing equipment.
Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
Collaborate with team members to improve support procedures and workflows.
Perform regular system checks to ensure optimal performance.
Provide timely updates and resolutions to users experiencing technical difficulties.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Familiarity with helpdesk systems for logging and tracking support requests.
Proficiency in configuring and maintaining IT equipment, devices, and software applications.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
Experience with onboarding processes, including system setup and granting access.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of creating and updating technical documentation and knowledge bases.
