Job Details

Position Title: Product Specialist Internet Service Provider - Goose Creek, SC

We are seeking a Product Specialist to support the development and lifecycle management of broadband and value-added service offerings. This role plays a key part in evaluating emerging technologies, gathering feedback from internal stakeholders, and helping define the roadmap for customer-premise equipment and managed solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help shape product vision and roadmap by incorporating insights from customer feedback, market trends, and internal business needs.

  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, support, and operations teams to ensure successful product rollouts and updates.

  • Assist in maintaining an accurate inventory catalog and coordinate with supply chain personnel to onboard new products and manage stock thresholds.

  • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, including evaluating, launching, and supporting residential and commercial service equipment.

  • Serve as a liaison with technology vendors, representing the company in product evaluations and procurement discussions.

  • Research new technologies and participate in industry events to stay ahead of product trends and service enhancements.

  • Champion new features that align with business objectives and collaborate with technical teams to implement upgrades.

  • Support engineering efforts related to firmware updates and performance tuning of customer equipment.

  • Respond to product-related inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to address issues and gather improvement suggestions.

  • Work with training staff to develop instructional materials and ensure internal teams are prepared to support new and existing products.

Ideal Background:

  • Must live in or near Goose Creek, SC - if you live more than an hour away, please do not apply
  • Prior experience in product management or technical product support, ideally within telecom, ISP, or managed services industries.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to translate product insights into actionable plans and clearly document requirements.

  • Comfortable with technical documentation and able to support internal knowledge transfer efforts.
