We are seeking a passionate, collaborative, and skilled Human-Centered Design (HCD) Experience Architect to join our team. This role focuses on shaping exceptional digital experiences by aligning business needs with user-centered design principles. The successful candidate will use HCD methodologies to develop personas, journey maps, and conduct user testing to ensure application vision and UX success.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Strategy, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital strategy, UX, or related field
- Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles, including design thinking, experience blueprinting, and insight synthesis
- Proven ability to develop and execute digital strategies aligned with business goals
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teams
