Top Skills (3) & Years of Experience:
-3+ years' experience as a Salesforce administrator or developer in a production environment
-3+ years' experience conducting business analysis work, such as: eliciting business requirements; documenting business processes; developing and assessing business cases for change; measuring the impact of process improvements; leading or preparing change management processes
-Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
-3+ years' experience conducting business analysis work, such as: eliciting business requirements; documenting business processes; developing and assessing business cases for change; measuring the impact of process improvements; leading or preparing change management processes
-Certification(s) in Salesforce (Administrator, Developer, or Architect)
Nice to Have:
-Experience with implementing and supporting Blackthorn Events
-Additional experience or certifications in Salesforce (particularly Business Analyst, Platform App Builder), Informatica, Design Thinking, and/or equivalent practices or methodologies
-Experience working with higher education institutions
-Familiarity with Salesforce Education Data Architecture (EDA)

Onsite or Remote? Must be a WI resident or willing to relocate. This position can work 100% remote (within the state of WI).
Project Details: The CRM Integration Specialist role will build and configure a solution in one of the enterprise Salesforce instances on behalf of a specific stakeholder group, the College of Engineering. The Admin/BA will focus on implementing Blackthorn Events by determining their CRM needs, understanding pain points, and conducting extensive requirements gathering.

platform. The Enterprise CRM and Engagement Solutions (ECES) team, located centrally within
the Division of Information Technology collaborates with stakeholders across campus to
understand their requirements and build enterprise solutions while developing a domain-driven,
integrated Salesforce rollout strategy for the entire university. This position will be doing work for
the College of Engineering for a roll out of their UWEBC instance of Salesforce using Blackthorn
for registrations to events for UWEBC member organization staff and extensive reporting of
registrations and member organization key data.
