We are currently seeking a Tech Business Consultant to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

Job Description:

• Tech Business Systems Consultant will manage third party hosted applications ensuring compliance with Clients Technology and Risk policies.
• Theses apps are completed hosted/supported/developed by vendors (Visa, PayPal, etc.) so candidate will NOT be working with developers, nor creating requirements.
• This role requires the candidate to have a high-level understanding of the application to be able to answer survey questions usually related to policy.
• Candidate will also work with internal groups to ensure Vendor is following access management processes.
• Candidate will get good exposure to application management responsibilities without development/deployment responsibilities.

• 8+ years project management and co-ordination experience
• knowledge of common Technology and Risk policies understanding how to interpret policies and how they impact external, third-party-hosted applications.
• Ability to answer survey questions accurately about policies, controls, and compliance requirements (e.g., access management protocols, data security measures).
• Understanding of internal governance processes for tracking and policy adherence.
