Position Overview:

The Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing Oracle databases and applications, ensuring their smooth operation and performance. This role involves level 3 support troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and providing technical support to end-users. This IT professional will manage collaboration between our client s associates, Oracle, and managed services teams. They are responsible for provisioning, installing, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining our client s Oracle applications. They will also be responsible for supporting the IT Operations Manager in documenting, updating, and publishing key Oracle processes and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Functional knowledge of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Has experience in Oracle WMS and Oracle OTM cloud applications
• Trouble shooting skills in Integrations from Legacy and peripheral systems
• Has understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) processes
• Ability to work on production incidents using Service Now and JIRA (Atlassian tool)
