Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $80.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a seasoned Lead Voice Engineer to oversee the architecture, deployment, and support of enterprise voice and contact center systems, with deep expertise in Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). This role will lead strategic voice initiatives and ensure high availability and performance of voice infrastructure across the organization.
This position is HYBRID in Tucson, AZ!

This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Cisco voice infrastructure including CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX/UCCE, and related components.
- Lead contact center technology initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and workforce management platforms.
- Provide technical leadership for voice projects, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise voice engineering, with 5+ years focused on Cisco voice technologies.
- Experience in WebEx (Calling & Contact Center).
- Proven expertise in CUCM, SIP, QoS, and voice gateway configuration.
- Experience with contact center platforms and integrations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
