PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Developer/Analyst - Accounts Receivable & Billing
Austin, TX | 80% Remote | 12+ Months

iSphere is looking for an experienced PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Developer/Analyst to help support a high-impact project that keeps business systems running smoothly and evolving with the needs of the organization. This isn t just about code it s about collaborating with a large remote team, bridging legacy systems with modern PeopleSoft modules, and making sure that integration points and data conversions happen seamlessly.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Review, analyze, and enhance ERP programming systems, including encoding, testing, and debugging.

  • Ensure software can be fully integrated into PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and maintain technical documentation.

  • Work with Accounts Receivable and Billing modules to design, configure, and implement solutions.

  • Lead ETL procedures to convert data from legacy systems into PeopleSoft and create new interfaces with third-party systems.

  • Partner with a large, distributed team to solve problems, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.

  • Perform standard SDLC tasks requirements analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, and support.

  • Jump in for off-hours support as needed depending on project phase.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable & Billing modules.

  • 8+ years developing with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, App Packages, App Engine, Cobol, SQR).

  • 8+ years working with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).

  • 8+ years designing and optimizing SQL/PLSQL in Oracle.

  • 8+ years scripting in Linux environments.

  • 8+ years working with Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).

  • Strong business analysis skills: writing technical design documents and analyzing requirements.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).

  • Experience collaborating on MS Teams in large project teams.

Preferred Experience

  • Public sector experience (Federal, State, or Local Government).

  • Work with the Texas Comptroller s CAPPS Financials system.

  • Familiarity with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP).

  • Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Scrum, or STAT.
