Must-Have Skills:
- 10+ years designing and implementing medium to large-scale systems using .NET architectures
- 8+ years developing data-driven applications with relational databases and building N-tier Windows/web applications with complex security models
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and at least two supporting systems (application, database, messaging, or web servers)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing multiple subsystems and software components
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
