POS System Analyst
Location: Seattle, WA - Onsite
* Working knowledge of systems development lifecycle and IT operations.
* Configuration knowledge of relevant applications/modules/platforms.
* Ability to use business knowledge, sound judgment, and resourcefulness to design and deploy highly reliable and sustainable technology solutions.
* Applies knowledge of business principles and technology practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional activities.
* Simphony experience - Oracle application
* 2+ years SQL skills
* Proficient with Excel and all Microsoft products
* Basic networking skills
* Retail experience - back end & Front of house (if possible)
* Possible experience at Starbuck as a barista or retail specialist
* Ability to document processes. Jira/ Confluence experience
* Communication tools - Microsoft Teams, Slack
* ServiceNow, PagerDuty, Jira
