Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager. This position offers the opportunity to lead complex technology migrations and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead the full lifecycle of Dynamics CE and Salesforce migration projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Power Platform specialists, integration experts, and quality assurance professionals.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Facilitate sprint planning and monitor Azure DevOps boards to track progress and resolve issues proactively.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure project objectives are met while adhering to industry best practices.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.
Drive process improvements and efficiency in project execution.
Collaborate with financial services teams to align technical solutions with business operations and goals.
Maintain clear and concise reporting to communicate project status and outcomes effectively.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the financial services industry.
Demonstrated expertise in Dynamics CE and Salesforce technologies.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and experience with Azure DevOps.
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and other project tracking tools.
Solid understanding of IT project management principles, including risk assessment and mitigation.
Experience with Salesforce integration and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
