RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a SailPoint ISC Developer.
Summary:
The SailPoint ISC Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SailPoint's Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform. This includes application integration, user lifecycle management, and access control. The role requires expertise in SailPoint Connectors, scripting languages (e.g., Java, BeanShell, PowerShell), and Identity Access Management (IAM) best practices.
Responsibilities:
* ISC Implementation and Management: Configuring, managing, and maintaining the SailPoint ISC platform
* Connectors: Configuring and maintaining connectors to various applications and systems (e.g., Active Directory, SAP, ServiceNow)
* Scripting: Developing and implementing custom scripts and connectors for integration and automation
* Application Integration: Onboarding and integrating new applications into the SailPoint platform
* User Lifecycle Management: Monitoring and administering user lifecycle events, including provisioning and deprovisioning
* Access Control: Developing and managing role-based access controls (RBAC) workflows
* Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SailPoint, integrations, and user access
* Compliance and Security: Ensuring SailPoint solutions align with organizational compliance and security standards
* Documentation and Knowledge Base: Developing and maintaining documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials
* Collaboration: Collaborating with business and technical teams to identify requirements and implement solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Expertise in SailPoint Connectors, scripting languages (e.g., Java, BeanShell, PowerShell), and Identity Access Management (IAM) best practices
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IAM principles, user access management, and security best practices
* Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
* Problem-solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
* Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IAM principles, user access management, and security best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
