Submittal Requirements

Employee benefits insurance knowledge is a MUST

Experience with application configuration and data conversion

The ability to understand both the business and technical side

to integrate 5 new agency partners into their applications on the Life and Disability team

Focuses on applications related to life and disability insurance, specifically integrating multiple agencies into a single application and managing data conversion.

Requires strong employee benefits insurance knowledge and technical ability to configure applications, but not necessarily a formal IT background.

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance

5-10 years of insurance management system (AMS) management experience

Experience with insurance agency management system implementation and optimization

Professional, organized, and strong communicator

Background in Accounting, Finance, Planning or Operational Leadership preferred

Familiarity with Applied Epic agency management system

Life and Health licensed (preferred)

Management experience preferred.
