Skill : Power Automate (RPA) Sr Developer

Location : 100% Remote

Duration : 6+ months Contract (or) Contract to Hire

Should be strong in "Power Automate" compared to other RPA tools.
Excellent communication skills.

Job Description:

  • 10-12+ years of IT experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in RPA.
  • Strong experience in Automation Development, including at least 3 years with Microsoft Power Automate (PAD and Cloud).
  • Proficient in Power Automate Desktop and Cloud Flow Development.
  • Experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture or ABBYY Vantage including template design and workflow configuration.
  • Knowledge in Blue Prism, as we have recently migrated from Blue Prism.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft ecosystem: SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Azure, etc.
  • Experience with RPA best practices, including exception handling, logging, and reusability.
  • Familiarity with JSON, APIs, and integrating RESTful services is preferred.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and automation flows.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
