QA Automation Engineer

- Extensive work experience in Hadoop components like Hive, Pig, Scoop Hive

- Strong hands-on experience in writing SQL queries and be able to understand PL/SQL code

- Onshore/offshore coordination experience with ability to collaborate with internal and external integrated teams

- Working Knowledge with QA Deliverables tool set (SharePoint, Microsoft Project/Excel, Test Management tool- Octane).

- Methodologies and Agile tools (Jira). Knowledge of Defect management process and Enterprise testing standards.

- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of testing best practices and defect management.

- Must have Agile Experience

- Must have working knowledge in Jira and Test Management tool like Octane

- Strong Functional/Regression/End To End Integration Testing concepts (experience with STLC lifecycle)

- Must have experience in creating Test Data for positive and negative testing scenarios.

- Ability to walkthrough; demo uses cases and testing results to project team

- Automation experience (must) - preferably Selenium cucumber /Playwright (UFT - good to have)
