What You'll Do
- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 across a decentralized environment
- Architect, build, and maintain virtual infrastructure - ideally using Nutanix and Azure
- Manage and fine-tune Active Directory and Group Policy with deep expertise
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration and performance in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
- Own project delivery: from scoping and planning to hands-on implementation and troubleshooting
What You Bring
- Proven experience in Microsoft 365 administration across decentralized setups
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows Server environments
- Strong background in virtualization technologies - especially Nutanix and Azure
- Ability to lead projects while staying hands-on with systems engineering tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Points
- Certifications in Microsoft, Nutanix, or Azure technologies
- Experience in scripting or automation (PowerShell, etc.)
- Familiarity with security best practices in hybrid environments
