The ideal candidate has strong experience supporting enterprise eCommerce platforms, deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, and a solid understanding of end-to-end eCommerce workflows including catalog, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, and OMS. You will coach cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with organizational governance, compliance, and delivery standards.

  • Partner closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine backlogs and maintain clear sprint goals.

  • Track sprint health metrics such as velocity, capacity, burndown/burnup, and scope adherence.

  • Identify and remove impediments related to dependencies, environments, approvals, test data, and tooling.

  • Coordinate cross-team dependencies across SFCC, integrations, OMS, payments, content/SEO, and analytics teams.

  • Promote flow efficiency by limiting WIP, reducing blockers, and improving cycle time.

  • Provide clear and timely status reporting, including sprint summaries, velocity trends, risks, and mitigation plans.

  • Facilitate effective sprint demos to showcase delivered business value and gather early feedback.

  • Ensure delivery aligns with governance requirements such as security, PCI compliance, accessibility, and change management.

  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum and Agile principles, practices, and empirical process control.

  • Facilitate retrospectives that result in measurable improvements and track action items to completion.

  • Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, collaboration, and outcome-driven delivery.

< data-start="2421" data-end="2457">Project Leadership & Planning</>
  • Manage SFCC B2C implementation, migration, and enhancement projects from initiation through closure.

  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business goals.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

< data-start="2837" data-end="2883">Team Coordination & Technical Awareness</>
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, QA, UX/UI teams, and third-party vendors.

  • Ensure SFCC best practices are followed across development and integrations.

  • Maintain working knowledge of SFCC B2C architecture, Business Manager, APIs (OCAPI, SCAPI), and CI/CD processes.

  • Support integrations with payment gateways, OMS, CRM, and other enterprise systems.

Required Qualifications
