Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Data Analyst, you will join Turnberry's Data Strategy and Intelligence practice and service. This service provides insights into company data, advanced analytics solutions, robust data governance, and tailored solutions for specific data challenges.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and operating within SAP
Review and analyze supplier and customer document to ensure company is compliant with agreements
Determine appropriate medical license based on required customer criteria
Manage a portfolio of assigned suppliers and customers to ensure updates to customer account
Work cross functionally to ensure internal and external customer needs are met; take corrective action as needed
Work cross functionally to ensure timely and accurate implementation of new accounts
Review escalated issues and take appropriate action to resolve
Coordinate new team member training and evaluate member progress
Review team submitted reports to ensure any needed corrective action was taken
Partner with business intelligence team to create and maintain team reports
Assign incoming requests to teamwork queue to appropriate representative
Identify opportunities for process and/or system enhancements
Work collaboratively on projects to identify solutions and process improvements
Research escalated supplier and customer request and take corrective action within established timelines
Provide training and ongoing support to team members; share knowledge and best practices
Qualifications:
B2B
Strong experience analyzing data and problem solving skills
Modern ERP Software (SAP and/or Oracle) experience required
Utilize 340B HRSA, NPI, HIBCC, and GLN websites for license and account verification
Intermediate Microsoft Office products; some experience with complex Excel formulas
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
Ability to manage timelines and meet vendor specific deadlines
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment where accuracy is imperative
Associates or higher degree preferred GED/HS required
3+ years of experience in a B2B manufacturing/distribution environment
The salary range for this role is $75,000 to $110,000 or the hourly equivalent.
